The BP6211B is a high-performance, high-integration,self-biased synchronous rectifier (SR) with a 60 VMOSFET integrated for flyback converters. lt canreplace the secondary diode rectifier for higherefficiency and power densityThe BP6211B supports discontinuous conductionmode (DCM), quasi-resonant (QR) and continuousconduction mode (CCM) operations. Robust operationin CCM is enabled with adaptive gate drive and fasterturn-off speed with 4 A sink current and ultra-shortturn-off delay.
